Job Summary

General Manager Benefits

General Manager Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead Department Managers and their teams to provide exceptional service, ensuring adherence to operating standards and prioritizing guest and team safety and satisfaction.
  • Coach, develop, and mentor direct reports and team members to drive engagement, growth, and performance.
  • Maintain accountability for venue operations, including budgets, sales, expenses, and task completion.
  • Utilize business metrics and trends to maximize profit, revenue, and operational efficiency.
  • Foster strong connections with community leaders and organizations to enhance relationships and promote brand presence.

General Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of current/ recent General Manager experience in high-volume/multi-department ($5M+ annual revenue) at a restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, demonstrate energy and enthusiasm, and possess self-awareness, adaptability, and integrity.
  • Capability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications for specific locations.
