Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in insurance defense cases, providing expert legal advice and guidance.
- Conduct thorough investigations, review evidence, and develop effective defense strategies.
- Prepare and present compelling arguments in court, representing clients during trials, hearings, and negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law.
- Proven experience in insurance defense, preferably with a focus on personal injury, property, or liability cases.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and litigation procedures.
