Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Sous Chef or Assistant Kitchen Manager
- Strong leadership qualities: coach mentality, care about quality, set the example
- A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a fun work environment
- Passionate about being the best and developing those around you
