Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications

  • 2+ years as a Sous Chef or Assistant Kitchen Manager
  • Strong leadership qualities: coach mentality, care about quality, set the example
  • A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a fun work environment
  • Passionate about being the best and developing those around you
