General Manager Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in an upscale full-service restaurant General Manager role
• Minimum of 8 years of professional hospitality experience
• General business acumen
• Solution-oriented with a can-do attitude

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Coach, train, develop, and mentor hourly and management staff
• Budgeting, forecasting, full P&L responsibility
• Successfully manage 7-10 million in annual revenue
• Fully responsible for team performance, morale, and productivity
• Maintain an overall vision of the brand and standards
