Banquet Manager Requirements
- 2-3 years in a similar role
- Execute a BEO from tip to tail with limited explanation
- Ran a small banquet team in the past with the ability to see the big picture
- All hands-on-deck position- be excited to jump into any department to help
- On-site for big events- able to work nights and weekends
