As the Senior HR Manager, you will take the lead in all aspects of HR administration, with a particular focus on compensation and benefits, talent management, and culture enhancement. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with executive team to craft the company's vision and mission, ensuring a strong organizational culture.
- Lead and manage a team of HR employees, providing guidance, evaluation, and support.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including annual review, administration, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in hospitality operations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO/AA policies, wage and hour regulations, and ADA and FMLA.
- Prior experience in employee relations, HR compliance, and fundamental HR functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Outlook applications.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
