Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years+ in a Sous Chef role in an upscale casual or fine dining establishment
  • High-volume, scratch kitchen leadership experience- 4M+
  • Partner with the EC to support all aspects of day-to-day operations
  • Ability to partner and collaborate with the team – share and execute the same vision and goals
  • Experience and proficiency in inventory, ordering, scheduling, and team building
  • Passion for high food quality standards and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS!
