FOH Manager Qualifications:

  • Set quality service and food standards are maintained at all times
  • Strong attention to detail; guest-facing and manages from the Floor
  • At least 2+ years of experience in an upscale restaurant environment
  • Sales Volume of at least $5 Million Annually
  • Ability to Train, Develop and Motivate a Team
  • Experience in a high-volume Scratch kitchen environment
  • Some financial acumen – help control costs with the management team
