Job Summary
Are you a hands-on FOH Manager with strong leadership and coaching abilities? We are looking for a Hospitality focused Manager to lead an energetic team in a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale restaurant. FOH Manager Qualifications:
- Set quality service and food standards are maintained at all times
- Strong attention to detail; guest-facing and manages from the Floor
- At least 2+ years of experience in an upscale restaurant environment
- Sales Volume of at least $5 Million Annually
- Ability to Train, Develop and Motivate a Team
- Experience in a high-volume Scratch kitchen environment
- Some financial acumen – help control costs with the management team
