What Are We Looking For in the Kitchen Manager?
- Minimum 3 years as a CDC/EC or KM
- Hi-Volume Experience at least $2M/Year
- New Store Opening Experience a Plus
- Strong ToGo Experience – 30% of our volume is Off-Premise
- Knowledge of Financials and Costs
- Self-starter, Self-driven Independent thinker
- Ownership Mentality
