Job Summary

Director of Sales Marketing Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of progressive hotel Sales & Marketing leadership experience
- Excellent written and communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Catering, revenue management and SEO experience
- Supervise, administer and ensure timely completion of all activities of the Sales Department
- Drive top-line revenue strategy for all segments including group and catering
- Stay ahead of market trends, market share and competitive analysis
- Exceed budgeted revenues by directing the sales, catering and rooms team
- Develop Marketing communications plan to achieve the desired positioning
- Operate the Sales Department within the established sales expense budget
