Job Summary
We are searching for a talented and professional Chef de Cuisine with over 4 years of successful culinary leadership to join our Michelin Level Concept. Our culinary leaders to effectively run a scratch-kitchen full-service polished-upscale dining restaurant concept!

Restaurant Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a Fine Dining/Upscale Concept
- 5+ years experience in a scratch kitchen within a luxury, upscale dining
- Plus if worked with a tasting menu
- Knowledge of labor and food cost principles
- Experience with Fine Dining Italian cuisine is preferred
- Able to work under pressure with ease, especially during very busy meal periods
- Display strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Some experience with financials, planning, and reporting is a plus
- Experienced with leading food safety compliance
- Hands-on when required and able to multi-task within kitchen operations
- Team building and a spirit of collaboration management style
Restaurant Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:
- Setting clear priorities to lead your team and drive execution to achieve desired results
- Ensure each staff member is performing their duties and meeting expectations of their job responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the kitchen team through people development and coaching best practices
- Oversee and manage all BOH managers and operations,
- Hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, evaluation of culinary team
- Performing administrative duties as required
- Manage, train, and teaching of culinary staff
- Training of FOH staff on cuisine, culture, and new menu items
