General Manager Responsibilities

· Coach and lead your team and managers to deliver a quality product and a great guest experience

· Follow up that company systems are adhered to, ensuring proper staffing, cleanliness, and training remain priorities

· Manage and teach financial controls supporting business stakeholders

 

General Manager Qualifications

· Strong, hands-on leader who can coach in the moment and be active in the shift

· Great tenure in a high-volume, upscale casual operation

· A record of developing people at every level of the business and knowing how to retain talent
