Looking for a Restaurant General Manager for a chef-driven, growing breakfast concept unlike any other. Our client has a passion for providing every guest with exceptional service and quality food in a high-energy, lively atmosphere. We are looking for great leaders with attention to detail and who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a General Manager capacity
  • Minimum of 5 years working in a scratch kitchen environment
  • Experience with annual sales volumes of $3M+
  • Dedication to the development of a team
  • A humble but confident leadership technique
  • Familiarity with NROs
