Job Summary

General Manager with casual, full-service, three-meal restaurant experience

Your Restaurant General Manager background and experience should include the following:

  • At least five years of restaurant management experience with two years experience as General Manager of a casual full-service restaurant, preferably three meal
  • We are looking for a go-getter who will lead your team through continual demonstration of accountability and ownership, including all facets of store operations, team development, driving sales, front-of-the-house and heart-of-the-house, managing P&L, marketing, sales projections, and analysis
  • As General Manager you will be the face of our brand in our local communities and you will be our key driving force for success
  • Strong working knowledge of store operations and management principles, including scheduling, cost controls, and inventory controls 
  • Must have the following traits: initiative, creativity, problem-solving, ability to delegate, accountability, great attitude, open to change, willingness to learn, customer-focused, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
