Executive Chef

We are in search of a quality driven Executive Chef who possess the creativity and drive in an upscale setting. This will most likely be a 3 day-part position with some real freedom to put your creative talent to work. EXECUTIVE CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exceptional quality, taste, and presentation of menu items
• Lead and inspire a professional culinary team
• Maintain all brand execution standards
• Effective, clear, and consistent communication
• Events-based inventory management

EXECUTIVE CHEF QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of experience as a culinary leader in catering
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to lead, train, and develop culinary teams
• A natural leader with a quarterbacks mentality
