Job Summary

Fantastic opportunity in the Buckhead area for a polished full-service assistant general manager. This is a growing group with opportunities that abound. Looking for someone with great attention to detail and who has the knack for developing great people. 

We're looking for that polished manager who can ensure each FOH employee understands and is competent in fulfilling their assigned responsibilities, and continually makes progress on new or ongoing projects supporting business plan goals. The best candidate must ensure process and execution for a consistent and positive guest experience from the reservation, host stand, steps of service, and brand loyalty.

Assistant General Manager Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of prior experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly and productively under pressure
  • Work 50+ hours per week which will include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
