High-End Executive Pastry Chef – Bakery

A well-respected, growing Bakery group is in need of an experienced Executive Pastry Chef with very high volume who can be a great leader of the full BOH team with an amazing personality from the get-go!

Executive Pastry Chef Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of Executive Pastry Chef experience
  • Fine Dining / Michelin-level experience required
  • Baking and Pastries are a must
  • Exposure to sales volumes of $1.5+ million per year
  • Leadership presence and involvement in all areas of Goods and BOH
  • Models hospitality and ensures the team delivers service excellence
