Assisted Living Administrator Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary $110,000-$125,000, plus bonus
- Comprehensive benefits package – medical, vision, dental, life insurance
- 401k
- PTO and holidays
Assisted Living Administrator Responsibilities:
- Drive the community's strategic vision
- People Leadership – hire and engage staff, with a goal to provide exceptional service and retain staff
- Ensure residents receive quality care
- Engage families as part of care planning team
- Oversee daily operations
- Manage financials/ budget to hit business targets
Assisted Living Administrator Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in Assisted Living setting (Assistant Director or Director)
- Active California RCFE certification required
- Experience in a leadership role, managing staff
- Dedication to improving the lives of older adults
- Experience maintaining regulatory compliance
