Job Summary
Executive Pastry Chef Requirements:
- Experience in a Fine Dining multi-unit management role
- Must have Michelin experience current or in previous roles
- Exposure to sales volumes of $4 million+ per year
- Highly creative and strong leadership/mentorship skills
