Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

  • Drive profitability and system compliance 
  • Build team talent by hiring the correct people and development
  • Drives sales through great guest experiences – we want them to come back again and again
  • Plans and communicates effectively with team and supervisors – organization is key to success 

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a high-volume, fine-dining, or upscale restaurant
  • Experience with a steakhouse is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership with creative problem-solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to provide and take direction
  • Above-average wine and spirit knowledge
