Restaurant General Manager Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years of Quick-Service restaurant management experience
- Restaurant volume experience of $1.5 million and up in annual sales
- Drive-thru experience
- Proven track record
- Focused on people, hospitality, and integrity
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Strong communication skills
