Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • Lead and Develop a Team

  • Monitor and Maintain Safety and Sanitation Protocol

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of GM experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to motivate a team
