Qualifications of the Restaurant Operations Manager:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Manager or in a similar leadership role in the restaurant industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of P&L and the ability to manage and control it effectively
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- All necessary local food manager permits, which must be kept up-to-date
- Build and develop a cohesive team
