Job Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and inspire staff to provide excellence in care
- Communicate clearly with residents and families to ensure satisfaction
- Manage budget and forecasting to achieve company objectives
- Compliance with all regulations and state mandates
Job Requirements:
- RCFE License in California
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 5+ years of Senior Living leadership experience
