District Manager Responsibilities:

  • Mentor a team with a proven track record of growth in sales, able to pivot
  • Prioritize food quality, culinary | BOH experience preferred
  • Create a fun and energetic environment- no rigid personalities here

District Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience overseeing 5-10 locations – Local and in person
  • Working position- this will be boots on the ground- not a desk job
  • Hold team accountable- this brand is proud, the staff should feel supported by this DM
  • Self-starter wanted
