Vice President of Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Champion our company and goals to internal and external audiences – associates, candidates, business partners, and industry leaders
  • Support associates and help them focus on the company's success while being mindful of their own development goals
  • Support our executive leadership team in driving growth and expansion
  • Resolve conflicts and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding
  • Develop/maintain job descriptions, training materials, and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Assist in oversight of management in all company locations as required

Vice President of Human Resources Requirements:

  • At least seven years of Human Resources Management, at least three years of which must be at the Director level or higher with a single company
  • Proven experience creating and implementing HR systems and procedures, and knowledge of the technology of such
  • Travel up to 50% of the time, with some international travel
  • Elite-level communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Be service driven with a high degree of professional humility and a generalist at heart
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is strongly preferred
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer
