We are seeking an experienced catering leader to join our campus dining team year-round and service the high-profile members of our staff as the Catering Sales Supervisor. Apply Today!
Catering Sales Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Plans events as needed, ensuring the high-profile customer is satisfied
- Create and communicate all the menus, diagrams, and event details to the team
- Communicates and leads daily operations of the catering team
- Ensures all details of the event are executed
- Responsible for taking all delivery orders, billing each order, prepare delivery order sheets for distribution.
Catering Sales Supervisor Requirements:
- Associates Degree (preferred) in food service or related field
- 2+ years of experience in catering sales
- Preferable background in upscale, catering, banquet, or resort operation
- Needs to be highly organized and detail orientated
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Able to drive a commercial truck if needed
- Typically Monday through Friday but must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts (typically 40 hours/week)
