Responsibilities:
- Administer the day-to-day affairs of the condominium associations, ensuring compliance with governing documents and records.
- Maintain the unit ownership and rental program participation database
- Meet with prospective and current unit owners and realtors to explain ownership benefits, property amenities, and available services.
- Manage requests for documentation from unit owners and potential buyers in the rental program.
- Provide hotel's insurance proof of coverage to mortgage providers and unit owners upon request.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Florida Condominium Law and condominium documents, rules, and regulations for condo-hotel buildings.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders, including owners, realtors, and upper management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of work.
- Previous experience in property management, hotel operations, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Possession of a CAM License is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in Property Management, Hotel Operations, Customer Service, and Accounting, with a focus on working with the general public.
