Job Summary

****This position is located in Baldwin City, KS****

A growing family-owned CNC Machining Company in Kansas is looking for machinists, operators, and programmers for the 1st and 2nd shifts to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Ability to operate CNC machinery and tooling, and utilize precision measurement tools.
Ability to use and/or program, semi-automated or automated machine tools (lathes, mills, etc.)
Experience reviewing samples, drawings, or instructions for manufacturing specifications
Make adjustments to machine parameters as needed
Perform routine machine maintenance and repair
Monitor output to ensure consistency with specifications

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
3+ years' experience in manufacturing and/or CNC Operations
Accuracy, and attention to detail
Teamwork, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of ferrous, and nonferrous metals, as well as, polymer properties
