Job Summary

The Accounts Assistant will work collaboratively across various teams to support and promote business processes for a rapidly growing international agency. The Accounts Assistant is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, resourceful, analytical, and they bring a helpful and problem-solving approach to all they do. As a member of the Infinite Global operations team, the Accounts Assistant will improve processes, workflows, communications, and overall efficiency for accounting and reporting practices. This role reports to the US CFO and ultimately the Global COO.

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Accounts, Preparation of payroll, Preparation of invoices, Bank reconciliation, Expenses, Vendor management, and preparing credit card expense reports.
  • Assist in preparation of weekly reporting: A/R, cash balances, balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis with direction from the finance team!
  • Timekeeping, Set up of jobs in timekeeping system. Manage reporting of timesheets and job profitability
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including ordering new computers for hires, collecting all computers from employees.
  • Collaborate with office building management to address/resolve office related queries and service requests.
  • Provide support to staff with light-tech support, i.e.. connectivity to devices, arranging for keycards with building management, etc.

Accounts Assistant Requirements

  • BA in accounting or finance, or equivalent
  • 2 years experience in accounting
  • Familiarity with Google Drive and Google’s suite of tools (e.g., Slides, Docs, Sheets)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and QuickBooks
  • Demonstrable excellence in attention to detail
  • Excellent time management, project management, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work independently, also partner, and collaborate to achieve great results.
