Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be strong leaders with a proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor those around them
  • Candidates with more than four jobs in the last ten years will not be considered
  • Candidates must have full-service or fast-casual experience

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Control food and labor costs
