Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Candidates must be strong leaders with a proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor those around them
- Candidates with more than four jobs in the last ten years will not be considered
- Candidates must have full-service or fast-casual experience

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Control food and labor costs
- Lead your teams to exceed guest service standards
- Inspire your teams to keep each restaurant clean and sanitized at all times
- Lead your teams to exceed sales and productivity goals
