Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for an upscale international restaurant group

 **MUST have a restaurant HR background to be considered**

HR Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing recruiting and new hire onboarding process for all candidates
• All employee HR-specific duties
• Conduct Human Resources training for all managers
• Responsible for managing payroll processing and PTO on a weekly basis

 HR Manager Qualifications:

• Prior Human Resources Manager for restaurant experience, preferably in an upscale hospitality environment.
• Two years of administrative experience, including computer literacy, and general office administration skills
• Good judgment with ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual – Spanish – desirable
