Job Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for an upscale international restaurant group
**MUST have a restaurant HR background to be considered**
HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing recruiting and new hire onboarding process for all candidates
- All employee HR-specific duties
- Conduct Human Resources training for all managers
- Responsible for managing payroll processing and PTO on a weekly basis
HR Manager Qualifications:
- Prior Human Resources Manager for restaurant experience, preferably in an upscale hospitality environment.
- Two years of administrative experience, including computer literacy, and general office administration skills
- Good judgment with ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual – Spanish – desirable
