Job Summary

Our Denver-based Client is looking for their next great Senior Project Manager. You come from a commercial construction background and are an agile, communicative leader with a critical eye for process.Project Planning

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering, Geology, or Construction Management
  • 4+ years related field and project management experience
  • Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling methods and working knowledge of MS Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera scheduling software
  • Management of GCS, Soil Nail, and HBSN projects preferred
  • Experience with Lean approaches to process improvements and problem-solving
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PMP Certification preferred

What You’ll Do:

  • Review contract terms to ensure all conditions are planned for, budgeted, communicated, and achieved
  • Conduct pre-construction planning meetings for all assigned projects
  • Develop and communicate baseline project schedules
  • Provide full project financial projections monthly during the regional WIP review meetings
  • Mentor Jr. level Project Managers through mentorship of project management principles
