Job Summary
This fast-casual scratch kitchen concept is seeking a Kitchen Manager to manage their Ghost Kitchen in a prime location. If you are an experienced and energetic BOH leader, send us your resume today! This is a unique opportunity with a growing concept.
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, train, and manage team members
- Oversee financials, and daily operations of the Ghost Kitchen
- Uphold the highest level of brand standards and food quality at all times
- Adhere to the highest standard of food safety & health standards at all times
- Drive business in the area
Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of overall restaurant experience with at least 2+ years in a BOH leadership role
- Must have excellent tenure and clear career progression
- Adaptability and flexibility, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to run effective & efficient BOH operations
- The ideal candidate has a strong culinary skillset & passion for food
- Tech-savvy: must be comfortable with third-party tech platforms
