Kitchen Manager’s Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to make an immediate impact on restaurant results
  • High energy and success-driven
  • Ability to build strong, cohesive teams and pursue excellence relentlessly 
  • 2+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant
  • Ability to pass drug and background screenings

Kitchen Manager's Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day operations of the Back of House
  • Ensure the highest level of food quality 
  • Manage key indicators of BOH operations
  • Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all health department regulations
  • Ensure correct staffing to ensure superior BOH execution
  • Thrive in a high-volume location
  • Support front-of-the-house team on occasion with daily duties
