Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced General Manager who leads with positivity, compassion, and patience. Someone with a great communication style, a calm and consistent demeanor, and the ability to develop everyone around them. General Manager Qualifications and Duties:
- Experience with high-volume sales exceeding $6MM
- Strong personal organizational skills, the ability to accomplish all necessary daily tasks
- Positive and consistent communication style, patient yet direct, someone who is always coaching
- Solid culinary abilities within a 100% scratch cooking kitchen
- Expert-level alcohol and service knowledge
- Exceptional focus on guest satisfaction, facility upkeep, team building, and communication with leadership
- Experience working with and developing training programs
- Knowledge and focus on facility maintenance, cleanliness procedures, equipment upkeep, and all restaurant systems
- Excellent administration abilities, knowledge of POS and back office computer systems
- Great personal time management skills. Someone who accomplishes admin tasks in a timely manner and focuses on the shift and the guests
