Job Summary
We are looking for our next Director of Food and Beverage at our Nevada Ski Resort.
Director of Food & Beverage Qualifications
- 2-3 yrs in a multi-outlet leadership position
- Enthusiasm for the outdoors!!!
- Ability to create a rewarding culture and elevate service levels
- Experience with banquets and catering
- Previous experience opening F&B concepts
Director of Food & Beverage Responsibilities
- Hire, train, manage, schedule, and develop employees
- Establish vendor/supplier relationships
- Plan special events
- Budget and forecast all F&B operations
