Restaurant Manager Benefits:

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Experience working with a team and some experience in a leadership role, whether management or not
- Outstanding hospitality-we are successful because everyone in this building genuinely cares about the guests and the staff!
- Must be open to coaching and improvement-we and are always striving to be better
- High-energy, gregarious individuals will thrive in this role
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Run day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring all policies and systems are being utilized
- Lead the team with energy and hospitality
- Help train staff and maintain our low turnover through consistent systems as well as genuine hospitality
- Be on the floor at all times interacting with guests and maintaining the atmosphere
