Job Summary

Our Michelin-rated restaurant group seeks a polished Sommelier to ensure the planning, training, and leadership necessary to achieve sales, and cost control for the wine program.

Restaurant Sommelier Responsibilities:

Stay current with the wine industry and trends
Train and develop staff on wine service training
Maintain the organization and cleanliness and organization of wine storage
Ensure that all wine is served consistently
Partner directly with the Chef throughout the service and act as a role model for guest interaction

Restaurant Sommelier Requirements:

3 years of high-end food, beverage and/or service management experience
Michelin-rated experience
Ability to think on your feet and recognize when priorities need to be shifted
Excellent communications skills
Communicate and manage the flow of seating, work with restaurant management, and service teams to ensure overall smooth service and guest satisfaction
