Job Summary

Our growing, upscale restaurant group is seeking a polished, professional, and knowledgeable Executive Chef to run operations in a high-profile, high-volume venue. If you are ready for the challenge, we would love to meet with you!

Executive Chef Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef of a high volume ($5M+) establishment with a mix of Full-Service Restaurant/Hotel/Catering/Events experience
Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, leading by example, upholding restaurant standards, clear and direct, communicator, a trainer with a coaching mentality, maintaining a high rate of staff retention
Thick skin to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment – this can't be your first rodeo
Culinary Degree/Culinary School training is highly desirable
Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships – attitude and drive are everything
Passionate, patient, and persistent personality
A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a fun work environment
