Catering Outside Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Sales team
- Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat NYC business through outside sales calls, telemarketing, mailings, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate with all departments and quickly, and efficiently respond to customer leads and sales opportunities
- Increase sales through relationship building, trade shows, and community/professional organizations
- Maintain accurate, legible records and files to provide sales history and continuity of quality service
Catering Outside Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Exceptional communications skills in terms of the ability to negotiate and increase sales
- Ability to identify new markets and business leads
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills as well as impeccable associate and customer relations
- Ability to make decisions based on established policies and procedures
- Hospitality experience preferred, current clientele base preferred but not needed
