General Manager: Sports Complex

An internationally acclaimed Multi-Platform company recognized for its excellence in delivering the finest services to our Partners and their guests is seeking a Sports Complex General Manager. This position will be based out of Lake Placid, NY and will oversee multiple outlets and events in this well-known sports complex. We seek the highest caliber Executives who embody the most exemplary leadership skills to move our business forward. Sports Complex General Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership in a Multi-Venue Food and Beverage
• 2 million dollars of revenue responsibility
• Endowed with the hospitality gene and focused on the quality of the guest experience
• A forward thinker that can work independently and resolve issues
• A positive outgoing style of leadership and someone who build great culture
• A leader of others that can grow and develop teams and individuals
• Strong understanding for delivering exceptional results without compromising standards
• Ability to budget, forecast, and adjust to meet and exceed financial objectives
• Ability to embrace and teach our organization's long-enduring culture
• A desire to constantly be improving your team and bringing your people to the next level
• A professional that can be creative and also can sustain and improve existing operations
• Strong written and communication skills to all levels
