Job Summary

The Guest Service Manager (Valet) ensures valet associates provide the highest level of service to the management and guests of the on-site account. This includes hiring, training, and accountability of valets, establishing and maintaining relationships with associates of each account, managing revenue, payroll, and claims, working shifts, proper key handling, and safe/efficient parking and retrieval of vehicles.

Guest Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of all valets
  • Build a deep bench by identifying candidates for internal promotion
  • Booking and managing private events as needed
  • Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere and a team-focused environment
  • Revenue management for an account(s), including establishing weekly reporting capabilities

Guest Service Manager Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years management experience in a hospitality or service-related field
  • Works well in group problem-solving situations, demonstrated ingenuity
  • Record of excellence in customer service
  • A natural teacher/leader, a clear communicator
