Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounting Manager due to an internal promotion. If you have experience in construction, residential or commercial accounting we are looking for you! (this is an in office opportunity) This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in their career.

 

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

-The manager will oversee a staff of 5

-Journal Entries, bank reconciliations, financial analysis, and budgeting

-Accurate property rent rolls, financial reports, budgets, and cash projections

-Ad hoc accounting and financial projects

-The ability to work independently, have excellent communication, strong attention to detail and be intellectually curious

Accounting Manager Qualifications

Candidates should be confident presenting financials.

-Able to work independently and communicate effectively

-Proficient in financial software systems applications

-Proficient in Microsoft Windows software programs

-Yardi experience is a plus.
