Restaurant Assistant General Manager's Responsibilities:

• Uphold brand standards and core values
• Lead, coach, and develop a team in a high-volume, hands-on setting
• Define and guide management toward achieving financial goals
• Excel in Delivering excellent guest satisfaction
• Consistently deliver and provide high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness
• Serve as a mentor and coach to junior management staff in understanding the business's financial goals.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager's Qualifications:

• 4+ years High Volume Full Service Scratch Restaurant Leadership Position Experience
• Strong sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and high integrity
• Track record of progression in work history
• Work with a sense of urgency and skilled problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• P&L experience 
• Strong ethics and high integrity
