Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervising and directing the Assistant Managers and team members.
• Making staffing decisions such as hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing, and scheduling
• Communicate with the GM and Executive Chef regarding corporate business objectives, issues, and requirements
• Make recommendations to enhance restaurant operations

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• 2-plus years of experience in a Full-Service restaurant environment with knowledge of wine and craft cocktails.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
• Implement training and development plans and train staff to provide outstanding guest service

Assistant General Manager Compensation:
