Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Maintain a guest-focused, positive culture
• Strive to achieve all company benchmarks and standards
• Develop and coach the staff
• Keep high energy throughout the dining room
• Review P&L with the team and develop plans for improvements

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• Previous full-service experience (minimum 2 years) as a Restaurant Manager
• Scratch Kitchen experience is a plus
• Bar experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high energy environment
