Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Maintain a guest-focused, positive culture
- Strive to achieve all company benchmarks and standards
- Develop and coach the staff
- Keep high energy throughout the dining room
- Review P&L with the team and develop plans for improvements
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Previous full-service experience (minimum 2 years) as a Restaurant Manager
- Scratch Kitchen experience is a plus
- Bar experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high energy environment
