Job Summary

Associate Responsibilities
- Expert financial statement modeling, valuation, and data analysis.
- Collaborate in the creation of internal, client-facing, or investor-facing presentation materials.
- Industry research including investor screening, competitive landscape, supply chain, trends, and M&A activity.
- Work with financial reporting systems to extract relevant information.
- Manage elements of due diligence process, including third-party hosted due diligence data sites for transaction teams.
Associate Qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years of transaction advisory experience
- 3+ years of Financial analysis experience
- Proven “best in class” capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with comprehensive primary and secondary research techniques.
- Ability to clearly and concisely present findings or conclusions in front of others.
- Knowledge of Capital IQ, PowerPoint, and due diligence management, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance, preferred
- Must be able to report on-site in Seacoast, NH area, relocation if necessary
Associate Benefits:
- Competitive base salary, $100k-$150k based on experience
