Job Summary

We are looking to build our team. We are looking for 3 Assistant General Managers (we have 11 locations) to aid the General Manager in leading a team of 2 Managers, plus 4 BOH Managers.

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years experience in a Restaurant Manager role of a fine-dining establishment – NO JOB HOPPERS
  • Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leading by example, and upholding restaurant standards
  • Thick skin to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
  • Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships – attitude and drive are everything 
  • Upscale casual restaurant management experience is required
