We are looking to hire a polished professional Restaurant Assistant General Manager who is a passionate restaurant operator that goes above and beyond for the guest every day. We have beautiful, fine-dining locations with excellent food quality coming from chef-driven scratch kitchens. We are an established restaurant group that is growing so our ideal candidate will be looking to plant their feet long-term.

Assistant General Manager Job Requirements:

• Work directly with the rest of the leadership team in directing the work of all employees
• Staffing, scheduling, hiring, firing, and training employees
• Maintain and grow restaurant sales 
• Excellent wine knowledge
• Exceptional guest focus
• High-volume restaurant environment
• True fine-dining polished dining experience is a must
